The SMT Destacker and Loading Machine is an integrated feeding device developed specifically for SMT production lines, combining the dual functions of a stacking machine and a turnover box feeding machine to achieve automated feeding in two modes: bare boards and turnover box-loaded boards. Its core features and operating principles are as follows:
Dual-mode parallel operation
Destacker Mode: For single-sided boards or bare boards, the entire stack can be directly placed into the storage area above the track (capacity: 50–300 pieces), and the boards are pushed one by one to the conveyor track via the board-pushing system.
Load Mode: Suitable for double-sided boards or PCBs with components, the turntable automatically switches between lifting and lowering. When the empty turntable descends, the full turntable takes its place, enabling continuous feeding.
The two modes can be flexibly switched to accommodate different production process requirements.
Intelligent Control System
Features a PLC + touchscreen human-machine interface, allowing settings for push plate speed, lifting step distance, and mode switching;
Includes an SMEMA standard interface for seamless integration with printers/pick-and-place machines, responding to downstream equipment demand signals.
