The solder paste rewarming machine is a specialised piece of equipment used in electronics manufacturing to process refrigerated solder paste. It uses precise temperature control to restore the solder paste to a suitable working state, ensuring high-quality soldering.
Removing the low-temperature state
Heat refrigerated solder paste (typically 2–10°C) to room temperature (22–28°C) to eliminate temperature differences between the solder paste and the environment, preventing moisture condensation when opening the container that could cause the solder paste to become damp or oxidised.
Activating solder paste performance
Even temperature recovery ensures that the flux and tin powder are fully integrated, restoring flowability and soldering activity, and improving coating uniformity during printing.
